At Bytox, Inc. ("BYTOX "), we value our relationship with you and place the highest importance on respecting and protecting your privacy. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when using our products and services. We also know that you are entrusting your personal, company and financial information to us and want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose PII (personally identifiable information). This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with Personally Identifiable Information that we collect through the site from which you are accessing this policy (the "Site").

By using the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. How do we collect your information?

We collect the following types of information from you, Personally Identifiable Information (or "PII")

We collect Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") from the Site, when you choose to provide it to us. PII is information that identifies you as an individual. Deleting Your PII

If you'd like us to delete any PII that you have provided to us on this Website, please send your request to us at privacy@bytox.com and we will process your request within a reasonable period of time after receipt. We may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, and there may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed. Finally, we are not responsible for removing or suppressing information from the databases of third parties with whom we have already shared your PII, or limiting their use of your PII.

Security

We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect PII under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not send us sensitive information through email. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), you must immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the "Contacting Us" section below (note that if you choose to notify us via physical mail, this will delay the time it takes for us to respond to the problem).

Non-Personally Identifiable Information (or "Non-PII")

BYTOX and our third party providers may collect non-PII from you; however, this information cannot be used to identify a particular person or entity. This information may include your MAC address, your computer type, screen resolution, OS version, Internet browser and demographic data, for example your location, gender and date of birth and we may aggregate PII in a manner such that the end-product does not personally identify you or any other user of the Site, for example, by using PII to calculate the percentage of our users who have a particular telephone area code.

Our third party service providers and BYTOX may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to help manage this site. IP Addresses

Your IP Address is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever users visit the Site, along with the time(s) of such visit(s) and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many web sites. Accept as required by applicable law, IP Addresses and server log files are treated as NON PII and may be used for administering and enhancing our site. We may use and disclose the IP Address under the same conditions as PII.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information

We may use PII to fulfill your order(s) and purchase(s) and to process credit card payments in connection with your order and have them prepared, delivered, shipped to you or made available for pick-up by you; we may use PII to customize and enhance our site content. We may disclose your information to our affiliates so that they may use such PII for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Bytox, Inc. is the party responsible for the management of the PII. We may disclose your information to our third party service providers who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, infrastructure provision, IT services, customer service, e-mail delivery services, credit card processing and other similar services to enable them to provide services. However, we do not address and we not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including without limitation any of our affiliates and any third party operating any site to which this Site contains a link. The inclusion of a link on the Site does not imply endorsement of the linked site by us or by our affiliates.

We may disclose your information to third parties sponsors of Promotions (irrespective of whether such Promotions are hosted by us), or otherwise in accordance with the rules applicable to such Promotion. Collection of Information in Mobile Applications

When using BYTOX Advantage mobile applications and services, in addition to PII we may collect additional personal information from as your phone number, mobile device type, and carrier. We use this information in order to set up and manage your account as well as contact you about your services. We use your information to process and personalize your requests. We also use the information for support, to develop new features, and to improve the overall quality of our products and services. If you give us permission, we may also use your information to contact you about special offerings that may interest you.

Storage of Information

We will retain your PII for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Information Relating to Children

Our products and services are designed for those 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 13. If we are made aware that we have received PII from someone under 13, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our records.

Opt-Out

If you no longer wish to receive marketing-related e-mails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out of receiving such marketing-related e-mails by adjusting your preferences in the "My Account" section of the Site.

Jurisdictional Issues

We do not represent or warrant that the Site or any part thereof, is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the Site do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations.
